Runners/Joggers, what is something about running regularly that no one tells you when you start?
Also, any personal advice you think might be useful to someone just getting into Running/Jogging
 
Its funny I never really stretch. Only injury this year running was a torn quad the only time I did actually stretch. Lesson learnt.
 
Stretching maybe not, I never do, but the one thing I wish someone had told me while slapping me in the back of the head is DON'T overdo it. Running every day is stupid when you first start. Shin splints. Terrible.
