Favorite crossfit exercise or routine?

One I really enjoyed the other day is called Amanda, it is 9-7-5 of muscle up plus 60kg squat snatch for time, tough yet enjoyable

I can tell you what I don't enjoy. Thrusters. I just f#%ken hate them! I'll do anything else, burpees, wall walks, wall balls, 400m repeats, 4 x 500m rows, bottom to bottom tabata, whatever, I just hate thrusters.
 
I enjoy using the medicine ball. Makes me feel like a kid again.
 
Favourite crossfit exercise - muscle ups.

Reason: I set myself a goal to be able to do them now I can so that's why I guess.
