Apparently women should only train with 3lb Dbs

People concentrating on the smaller muscles so they don't bulk up? Not sure it works when the smaller muscles are their jaws as they smash down 3lb of fried potatoes for 6 sets of 10 minutes each day.
 
My wife got that DVD.

I sat there and watched it the first time (you know...for science) and that is only 1 of the retarded things the chick says in the video.

Now when the missus puts in on I have to leave.. I can't stand the retardedness.
I tease her daily about it cause that's just what good husbands do.
