Yeh i liked my SKA back in the late 90's too. The Porkers were my favourite band, along with Less than Jake, Mighty Bosstones, older No Doubt stuff & reel big fish had a couple of good albums..

I attended all the big days out from 95 to 2005, then I just felt old and they introduced the barriers after that girl got killed... The day Korn, Marilyn Manson & Hole played was probably the best for me.

Went and saw the Mark of Cain again this year, all time best band.
Best concert Ive seen was Rollins Band & Mark of Cain at the UNSW roundhouse. Brutal night.

Way too many to mention. Probably see on average 8-10 bands a year for each of the last 15 years, plus I go to Soundwave each year.

Went to a few BDOs early in the piece but their lineups don't do a thing for me these days.

Best I have seen:
Faith No More reunion show a couple of years back.
Tool (seen em 5 times and they are phenomenal live).
Prince (the dude did about 6 encores. Played for close to 4 hours).
Dillinger Escape Plan for pure intensity.

1999 BDO with Hole, Marylyn Manson, Korn, Black Eyed Peas

2000 BDO with Red hot chilli peppers

I went to Kylie Minogues last 2 concerts and the Foo fighters in Dec 2011. Fooies were the best concert yet. Bon Jovi at eastern creek was second best. It hailed when Jimmy Barnes was above to come on as support act. Keanu Reeves band Dogstar was the other support act.

Seriously jealous. Haven't seen DT yet. The new album is off chops so they better tour on this one!

They are amazing live (from a technical standpoint), you would swear they were playing a studio recording most of the time.

The download festival would have been awesome to go go.
I think def leppard headlined that show.
I seen them in las Vegas this year where they performed there hysteria album.
I think they have started pulling the stadium down at donington so not sure if the download festival will exist any more:(

Add:

Paul McCartney (Finally saw him last year)

Also just got tickets for Def Leppard and The Scorpions.
Def's are ok but really want to see the Scorpions. Formed 50 years ago this will be their first Australian tour. They are much bigger than Def's anywhere in the worls 'cept Australia. They just never bothered except for Wind of Change.

i'm a huge faith no more fan. i saw then in 1997 and 2010. anything to do with them i'm a total geek. i play bass and have both same basses used by billy gould including his signature model zon bass custom built for me in USA and signed by bassist bill gould.
my first ever real gig i went to was mr bungle at the corner hotel about 1996. i don't really go to gig or concerts these days other than to actually play them but i saw a lot of big concerts in my othr job i did for 12 years. i nevrr liked going music festivals lol!

Dream Theater x2

my fave album by them is "awake" i play it heaps.
