Penalties will increase from $289 to $433, and three demerit points are being bumped up to four

phones need to be an approved cradle and not resting on your lap/shoulder when using handsfree

luckily i got done last week before these changes come into effect, biggest fuckin revenue raiser apart from fixed speed cameras.....

It's amazing, Victoria is doing it's very best to ban driving without actually banning driving

Recent studies have shown people talking on mobiles paradoxically are paying more attention to the road. But don't tell anyone.

Parents with children fighting in the back seat are far more likely to run into another car. Clearly the little angels should be hogtied and gagged for public safety, or face a $400 fine.

Research shows that i am 1000000000 times more likely to run up the back of the car in front of me if a hot chick in yoga pants is walking on the sidewalk...

Annoys the crap out of me seeing people talking on phones while driving, there is no need, nothing can be so important and if it is important enough then it's important enough to pull over.

Not really a revenue raiser IMO, as I would consider them voluntary contributions to Government funding, ie you know what is going to happen if you get caught, you decide to do it anyway, well you should be happy to contribute to the fund, your choice:)
