NEW PRODUCTS AVAILABLE
Coming off the customer requests we took a few months ago, in July we are releasing two new products, Acai Berry extract (which is popular for weight loss) as well as Glucomannan Fibre (Konjac), a great fibre which is commonly used for weight loss due to its effect on sateity and as a cleanser.
These new products will both be available in capsule and powder form, with both capsulated versions starting at $19.
ACAI BERRY EXTRACT
Acai Berries traditionally come from the fruit of a palm tree grown in the Amazon. Acai is considered to be high in antioxidants and has a high percentage of healthy fats, oleic acid (56.2% of total fats), palmitic acid (24.1%), and linoleic acid (12.5%) as well as high levels of fibre.
Bulk Nutrients Acai Berry extract is a more powerful form than the raw powder, with significant amounts of Phytosterols and Polyphenols.

KONJAC ROOT - GLUCOMANNAN FIBRE
Konjac root contains high amounts of one of nature’s best soluble fibres--Glucomannan.
Glucomannan has the ability to absorb up to 100 times its own weight. Glucomannan makes an excellent forming agent and has a positive influence on weight control by delaying stomach emptying.
Glucomannan has demonstrated statistically significant improvements in the total cholesterol of obese patients as well as increasing saiety (the feeling of fullness) which is useful for food portion control.

BULK NUTRIENTS TO CONDUCT PROTEIN ANALYSIS ON ALL WPC/WPI PROTEIN
You remember the old moniker, you get what you pay for? Well, unfortunately it seems that is not always the case.
In recent months we have employed a lawyer to research the supplement market for us, purchasing protein powders from other sellers and walking them into a Government laboratory for testing.
The results in some cases were shocking with one company’s flavoured WPI (which was claimed to be 93% protein coming back at 38% (yes, that’s equal to skim milk powder). To make matters worse, every one of their proteins was way down, with all less than half of the protein percentage claimed. Yes, it’s illegal, but it is indeed happening.
Understanding that this sadly exists in the market, Bulk Nutrients has taken the step to Lab Test all of its finished WPC and WPI products, and we will now be displaying all the lab results on our website. Doing this, we can guarantee customers the exact ratio of their protein so people can purchase with complete confidence. Of course nothing has changed with our formula’s, we offer the same guarantee we always have (in terms of the purity of our products), but soon customers will be able to check their specific batches on our site.
NEW COMBINATION PRODUCTS SOON TO BE RELEASED
The last few months have been the most R&D heavy months ever at Bulk Nutrients. Between the management team and our Biochemist, we have been working on some new formulas which are expected to be very popular.
There will be some specific products for the endurance market, with a pre and intra event complex (containing aminos, carbs and various other ingredients) as well as a specific Growth Hormone inducing sleep product.
This is the start of what will likely be the development of many new products between now and the end of the year.
NEW PROTEIN FLAVOUR IN THE WORKS
While a bit overdue, we have also been working on some new flavours for this month.
We have been trialing various fruit flavours (including Pineapple), as well as a few Coffee’s and derivatives of these, and even Cinnamon.
