PTC Gold Coast
PTC Gold Coast will be holding a novice push/pull comp on the 6th of July

Where: PTC Gold Coast. Unit 3, 22 Hilldon Court Nerang.
When: July 6, 2013. Weigh in at 9, lifting starts at 11.
What: Push/pull (bench/deadlift). NO soft suit required. You DO NOT have to be a member of any federation to compete.
Entry fee: $20
