I just want to log progress here of cutting ect...I'm planing to just get in the 10 % range and maintain all year round rather than bulk cut bulk cut ect. Will post pics over thd next couple of days I'm not in great shape so hopefully by years end I am and I can do comparisons and and u guys can find me advice on what body parts are laging or just bag me out lol

Hopeing more detail to come out and lines as the fat strips away. It's gunna be a very long cut to preserve as much muscle as possible as so far I'm doing it slowly at a pace if 7 kgs over 12 weeks I'm aiming for 300 grams a week nothing to rapid just let the body slowly adjust. And then in spring ill put the excelerater on. No pro in terms of physique but all we can do is make our self as strong and fit as possible
 
Ill get some of my legs there not actually quite large for my sizs I had to back off them of late coz the sons of bitches been rubbing and that's nasty in the summer..

Abs are coming out nicely still a long way to go down 1.5 kgs since last photo. Down to 80.7. I really don't care about scale weight any more. It's how the mirror responds

I must admit in the past I've though keto was the way and after 2 weeks I'd end up flat and drained as fuck. Now I got my brain in it I eat a good amount of carbs and am staying stronger and feel less depleted. I think keto is a lazy way of sub consciously not having for myself to count calories. Loading up on all that fat in keto diets does the heart no good, I was getting chest pains from keto. The only way to do is it count your calories make sure you aren't going above maintenance. And to create a plan and stick to it daily. Once I'm 9% ill do mini bulks over winter to replenish but no more than 350 - 500 above maintenance and I won't slide above 14%. I'm curious to what I am now. What's your guess bro? I reckon around 13%
