Event - GPC NSW State titles 3 lift And Bench only competition 2013
When - 10th March 2013 (Sunday)
What - Raw and equipped event. This is a GPC sanctioned event and will be only open to GPC members.
National records can be set at this event.
Minimum Gear requirements -
- Lifting singlet
- Shoes
- Socks to deadlift with

Please note lifting at any GPC state competition is compulsory to compete at Gpc nationals 2013.
Where - The event will be held at PTC Sydney. Unit 51/2 Railway Parade Lidcome 2141
24 hour Weigh in - Saturday 9am-4pm
Sunday - 9am-11am
Cost - $40 (Free for spectators)

Big lifts from sherro/Leo and christian.
A fair few national records were broken across the different classes and divisions.

I will update on this later on.
 
You can apply for an exemption.

A state rep hosting a GPC state titles is a good enough reason to miss states I think.
 
Its find it hard to run your own comp and compete.
I had to judge/coach/spot/load/organize scoring etc.


But I will most likely do some lifting at ACT states.
 
Gary and Derrick are awesome to watcb in action. Good to see Deb hit a milestone squat.
What a huge day!
