Probably one of the best things ive ever had, Very popular in the middle east. Also a staple in Vietnam.

Here is my recipe, and it comes out just perfect.

180g Avocado
80g condensed milk
8 ice cubes
1 cup milk

BLEND!!!!

Not the best drink on a diet.....But well worth it. for thoes needing to bump up a few cals. this would be a god send if you like the taste.

you can use skim condensed milk and skim milk to bring the cals down.

Avocado and meat smoothie?

Ps. What's with the strange font :p

I smashed these when I was in Vietnam a few years back. 3 or 4 a day ended up a 10kg weight gain in 10 days..s

fuck these sound awesome. Haven't got condensed milk though, so might just add milk with some honey instead.

Awesome. I would sprinkle the avo smoothie with some cinnamon powder.
