Hey guys, I'm new to the site but non the less here is my entry to the 2013 Body Transformation Comp.

Current Weight: 90KG
BF%: 19%

Current Bench: 50KG
Current Squat: 30KG
Current Deadlift: Unknown

Goals for 2013: To lose fat and get ripped as well as to get physically fit enough to pass the QLD Fire Service entrance test.

Good luck with your goals mate.

Start learning how to do the lifts correctly and hit it hard, eat well and you will be fine.

You want to double that bench, multiply your squat by 4, and start dead lifting in the next 6 to 12 months.:)
 
Just as big mick says just don't sacrifice good form for more weight it will come in time all the best mate
