choc/peanut & vanilla/cinnamon protein cakes

CHOC PEANUT PROTEIN YOGHURT PIE
4 tbsp peanut butter
60g chocolate protein powder
1 sachet of gelatine
125ml skim milk
500g Nestle Soliel vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp PB2 peanut flour
3 tbsp cold water pinch of salt

OPTIONAL -sweet pie base, chocolate to garnish

Put cold water in a mixing bowl sprinkle gelatine over top & leave for 5 mins
Heat milk in microwave until nearly boiling mix with gelatine until dissolved
Add protein powder, peanut butter, salt and peanut flour
Leave to cool for 10 minutes then add yogurt pour into individual dessert bowls
Refrigerate and garnish with chopped dark chocolate (optional)
VARIATION - pour into sweet pie crust for a more traditional pie

VANILLA PROTEIN YOGURT PIE
60g vanilla protein powder
1 sachet of gelatine
125ml skim milk
500g Nestle Soliel vanilla yogurt
3 tbsp cold water pinch of salt
1tsp cinnamon

OPTIONAL -sweet pie base, white chocolate to garnish, sugar free maple syrup

Put cold water in a mixing bowl sprinkle gelatine over top & leave for 5 mins

Add protein powder, salt and cinnamon
Leave to cool for 10 minutes then add yoghurt pour into individual dessert bowls

I'm going to make a healthier pie crust over coming weeks. Must be done. Most of the ones I've tried from online recipes are ugh.

Chobani shits all over Nestle but woolies keep running out of it.

I was also going to try maybe a 50/50 of yoghurt & ricotta and see how that goes.

I typically don't bother with pie crusts. Not required but I'd just go the oat flour/egg white/cinnamon one I did a while back if I wanted to.

me too... who needs pie crust when you have pudding? :D

I like this recipe...with 50/50 ricotta and yoghurt would be even better.
