Then there are 3 exercises that you must do to build the most muscle
1- Flat Bench Press -upper body exercises. The Bench press works the chest muscles and also the Triceps and front Deltoids.
2- Squats- ulitimate weight training exercise. Squats will work your quads, hamstrings, butt and lower back.
3-Deadlifts work your entire back, legs, grip and arms.
work each body part twice a week with 3-4 days rest inbetween.
To build the most muscle you have to lift the most weight you are capable of. which means that as you gain muscle you'll need to increase the weight whenever possible.
work each bodypart twice a week. The first workout on the big 3 for the week is the heaviest. aim for reps in the5-9 ratio. The second workout of the week lower the weights 10-15% and go for a rep range of 7-10.
use sets of 5-6 for all my compound exercises. Compound exercises are movements using more than one joint.
