Sydney Eastern suburbs

Any recommendations for a gym in the eastern suburbs? I've been using UNSW and happy with it (4 squat racks, area for deadlifts, plenty of free weights and benches), but they have raised their prices in the last year and combined the pool access, weights and classes into one. It would now be $870 annually for access :(

I've looked at Souths Juniors, was okay but small and only one squat rack, no area for deadlifts, but cheap ($500 annually).

Anytime fitness at Mascot was small, expensive, want to avoid FF if I can!

Theres Titans at coogee (great perv), Snap Fitness at kensington (not far from UNSW) which is a 24/7 type thing where Titans Kenso used to be.
Theres also MYGYM at Eastgardens (lots of bodybuilders), Anytime Fitness (24/7) in Randwick (which i heard has good equipment, from a very serious trainer mate of mine).
Plenty of choices in the east mate..
Also the usual Fitness Firsts in Maroubra, Randwick & Bondi Junction
