Makes me cringe watching arm wrestling, had a friend break his humerus during an arm wrestle which is not a common thing to do.

The australian super heavy-weight (nick) trains at ptc syd every now and then. Not too bad in terms of lifting strength for what he does.
Managed 180kgx10 deadlift considering he hardly does them in his training.

Interesting sport though after i quized him. I guess there are also different feds out there in arm-wrestling.

@TrentZor I know Nick well and he was the National heavyweight champion last year in November and will be competing again in 5 weeks time at the 2012 Nationals. The good thing about Armwrestling is that the primary federation is the WAF (World Armwrestling Federation) and all countries fall under that along with the Australian Armwrestling Federation.

@Darkoz we've actually had 2 humerus breaks in the last 12 months would you believe it.

Cheers
Phil
