Pressure cookers...

Anyone has one and uses it? I've just got mine (a combo of 4 and 8 litre) and and used it few times. Love it! The slower cooker now is going in the bin. The flavours and textures are so much better. Also the cheap cuts of beef are super tender!

Not to mention it's supposed to retain a lot more nutrition than normal way of cooking food.

I can also see big savings on my gas/electricity with this device, especially with the ever increasing prices.

wow, my mum used one of those back in the 1970's to cook cheap as steaks to make them taste great (and they did). Still love my slow cooker though.

I can't see what's wrong with a slow cooker. Very easy, cheap, awesome meals that are almost impossible to stuff up.

both are good - slow cooker and pressure cooker.

slow cookers are great for when you want something to be ready for when you get home
and can't be arsed cooking.
