Never fear Ausbb - Australian Bodybuilding is here to help you get a muscle building routine that will help you target the muscle groups

These routines will provide you with tough workouts, but we will never overtrain you. We also show you exactly how to perform the exercises

[/highlight]In this Ausbb Workout Routine we will be working out your chest. By performing a lot of compound exercises and someisolation exercises










[highlight]1) SMITH MACHINE INCLINE BENCH PRESS[/highlight]





1)Place an incline bench at a 45 degree angle in the middle of the Smith Machine.
2)Align the bench so the bar is across the upper portion of your chest
3)Grasp the bar with a shoulder width grip
4)Unlock the bar and slowly lower the weight to your chest, do not bounce the bar on your chest.
5)With slow controlled movements, raise the bar back to the starting position.

2) Barbell Floor Press
[/highlight]


  1. Lie on the floor instead of on a bench and hold a barbell with an overhand grip that's slightly beyond shoulder-width apart. Your knees should be bent.
  2. Lower the barbell until your upper arms touch the floor. Keep your elbows pulled in toward your sides as you lower the bar. Pause, then push the bar back to the starting position.

[highlight]3) Incline Hammer Press[/highlight]



1)Lay on an incline bench.
2)Pick up two dumbbells, Grip each dumbbell with your palms facing inward toward one another.
3)Press the dumbbells upward in an explosive fashion.
4)Return to the start position in a slow and controlled fashion.

[highlight]4) Cable Crossover[/highlight]



  1. Set up the cable machine for crossovers by adjusting the pulleys to the highest point possible on both sides and attaching single grip handles. Set your desired weight on the weight stacks and grasp each handle with your palms facing down.
  2. Take a step forward. Your arms should be slightly bent at the elbows with your chest up and eyes facing forward. This is the starting position for the exercise.
  3. Rotating at the shoulders only and moving your arms in a circular motion, slowly bring the handles together and cross them over in front of your body. Squeeze your chest as you cross the handles over.
