Won't be the last to get done for this. Wouldn't be surprised to see a few fatness firsts get busted as well.

you're right lex, there'll be plenty more. Everyone is looking to make a buck off this carbon tax baloney....and Brumby's! I'm appalled! lol

hahaha, yeah i was reading this earlier today, not surprised that it was a commercial gym to be first to be fined for trying to pull a stunt like this....
 
all they need to do is replace "carbon tax" with "electricity prices", then everything's fine, and no-one gets fined :D
