Scotch eggs recipe : SBS Food

Not the prefered recipe, But you cant get much better for a quick snack on the go.

Boiled eggs wraped in beef mince, Nuff said. The sausage mince they usually ask for tastes great, But can be very high in cals.

I just flavour my own mince.

Looks interesting ill have to give it a go. With the beef mince what type are you using? low fat/5 star or higher fat 3/4 star mince?

I use just a regualr, I dont bother with anything lowfat, You dont want it to dry out,

Best bet would be to use the grade of beef mince that your macros allows i spose. More fat will be nice and juciy :)

Very nice recipe..
I'll definitely make this scotch...
There is no fat issue in my side... So I'll must try this recipe...
