WHAT
: PTC SYDNEY "REDEMPTION" 3 Lift COMP
WHEN: Sunday the 26th August 2012
Weigh in: 9am till 10:30am. Lifting starts at 11:00am Sharp!!
WHERE: PTC Sydney - Unit 51/2 Railway Parade, Lidcome 2141
COST: $25 entry fee, spectators free.
REGISTRATION - Register on the day as u weigh in.

Gear
Soft suits are not needed but optional.
Belts are allowed.
Knee Sleeves and wrist wraps are allowed.

Prizes
Top 3 male and 1 female receive prizes with a special prize going to a person I deem who lifted their heart out.
mens - 1st - Shirt and trophy
mens - 2nd - Shirt and trophy
mens - 3rd Trophy
Womens - Singlet and trophy
Ceffo mystery winner for putting in Max effort for giving it a go gets Ptc Sydney shirt and medal

Really starting to train hard to this, hopefully will be able to build up some solid 1rms in 2-3wks

Hopefully there will be more than 6 male members like last year. I haven't seen any figures yet on who's competing.
 
Less than 2 weeks left for the comp!

Lifters should be beginning to think about solid opening numbers. You will want an opening weight you can triple! If you go too heavy on your first lift there's no turning back!
Don't forget sufficient snacks to nibble on throughout the comp, biscuits, bananas, Allen's Lollies are amongst the best.

Last deadlift session today built up a 3x5 of 140 so hoping to hit a high number on the deads! Squats and bench hoping for something big as well. Can't wait for this comp i've been training hard for the last 2 months for this :)
