Put about 50% of 1rm squat on the bar.

Everytime they say "DOWN", you squat. In the little break bits I did calf raises cause I was bored.

I think total squat is about 35-40. I'll have to check.

It's great fun!

Yeah that is how I normally do it.

Or you could just do it as cardio pretty much whenever.
 
If you've got a better idea than calf raises for that bit, share also. Has to be something not too hard and that you can do with the bar on your back. I suppose you could do good mornings but I think they're harder than squats kg for kg.
 
I think it has to be something easier than the main exercise because it I think there is more "rest" time than DOWN/UP time. You could do a lighter weight and do bb lunges for the down up and squats for the "rest" time.

I can feel the burn already! LOL
 
Hmm if you have got a better concept than leg increases for that bit, discuss also. Has to be something not too difficult and that you can do with the bar on your returning. I assume you could do excellent days but I think they're more complicated than the squat kg for kg.
 
anyone tried this? Going to do it tonight again now that I can squat :) And since there is this calf challenge thing going on I figure it will work well.
