Here is a simple list for me to track the level of my lifters at PTC. All of the novices and most of the advanced I program for. Most of the elite already know what works for them, but I still have a fair bit of input into their training.

We have plenty of novices that arent benching much more than the bar yet, and plenty of novices that are inching closer and closer to get the Intermediate standards.

76-78kg at the moment.

I squat more than I can deadlift, how much of a mind fuck is that :S
(bulging discs in my back = can't do any heavy deadlift type movement, but squatting is fine, so strange how that can work)
