FIT is the new RICH

I agree fit is the new rich.
However, marathon runners are not my definition of fit at all.
 

In that case (and according to the above article), I'd much prefer to be a no one. I've written before on here regarding structured exercise vs simply moving more, walking more often,enjoying the fresh air and (perhaps) the sea's breeze... and loving it!

My gym can be as close as the other side of my front door, no restrictions and a ton of fun, not to mention health and fitness!

If you want to run just sprint, its better for building muscle, and you still technically get to run, no need to do a marathon. Unless its something like Tough mudder... Which involves a substantial amount of strength and running endurance.
