Making my own pre/intra workout

Hey guys I was planning on making my own pre/intra workout with your amino acids. The stim affect isnt really a big deal for me. So I was thinking of getting 250g of beta alanine, 1kg of BCAA's, 1kg of Creatine Monohydrate, and 1 of your flavourings. My question to you is will 1 packet of flavouring be enough just mixed in with my creatine and then add the others as well. And also i was planning on using 3g of beta alaning, 5 - 7 g of BCAA's and 3 -5g of Creatine Mono do you have any other recommendation's on doage or other things i should include.

Sounds like a good idea mate,

With the flavouring just use a little bit at a time..Half teaspoon. No need to mix the whole lot up. Trial and error.

You could also use some Citrulline and L-Tyrosine.
 
Hey thanks for your help hammer, I will just do a bit of trial and error like you said with the flavouring. I will have a look at the citrulline and L - Tyrosine as well mate.

Of course if you want a stim, caffeine and DMAA can be used.
 
Cheers Hammer will do. Like I said the stim affect isn't so much of a big deal for me as I get myself pumped up to train. Also I have had samples of different pre-workouts including those ingredients and it didn't really seem to have to much of a difference. I had a look at tyrosine and I dont really want to include it as it says it may act as a bit of an appettite supressant and dont really want that when im trying to eat lots. Also with Citrulline Malate says it is a pre - cursor to arginine and improves Nitric Oxide. Why not just take arginine? Also it says that beta - alanine will help with Nitric Oxide anyway say is it worth taking both?
 
cheers mate, already ordered though I got 250g beta - alanine, 1kg BCAA's, 1kg of Creatine Mono and a flavouring will look at adding in citrulline if I feel that I want a bit more of a pump. Also got 5kg WPC
