Horizon-the truth about exercise (BBC-2012)

I thought this pretty interesting.
They meant High intensity interval training, not high intensity training, but it is similar in practice, science seems to be proving that brief intense exercise is good for health.

And most importantly that exercise is not the same for everyone.

This is something that Arthur Jones was advocating, back in the 1970's.

High intensity interval training, for me has worked so much better for weightloss that's for sure!

You'll note that the scientist was able to predict how the host was going to respond to high volume low intensity exercise versus high intense minimal exercise by using gene testing.

And that there are a small % of the population that respond well to any type of exercise.

It's long but worth watching.
