97lb (44kg) Female Squat Record

No mobility issues, no old injuries, no osteoarthritis, how good would it be to be 9!

Yeh, I've watched that before....pretty incredible little thing isn't she. My 10yr old can squat 40kg, and I was amazed at that, shes never even trained just tried it out one time lol. Amazing how much a kid can lift really, they don't know what heavy is so they just do it lol.

Its amusing seeing 3 full grown men spotting a tiny girl:)

haha ...I'd have more confidence if I was being spotted like that...they look like a human safety kiddy cage!

haha i was only joking lol

i don't think 9 year olds should be weight training though... especially 1 rep maxes...

well, she has two accomplished athletes as parents, her dad is a champion powerlifter. Probably been hanging out near the squat rack since she was crawling around...oh god...

damn her strong, young, flexible bod, yeah?
