Gold Coast Barbell is a fully equipped warehouse gym dedicated to strength, conditioning and general wellbeing through hard work, dedication and no-frills methods. No treadmills, bikes or rowers, no machines, just weight and the intention to move it. Featuring both our own competitive powerlifting and strongman clubs this makes Gold Coast Barbell an unparalleled training venue on the Gold Coast for competitive strength athletes and strength and conditioning enthusiasts alike as well as the average joe or jane who who just wishes to get fit, strong and healthy. Finally updated with some photos... I really need to work on a bar storage system.
