Hey everyone, if you like making your own almond milk (cheaper, no crap ingredients, fresher, etc), don't waste the leftover almond meal.

Bonus low carb, no refined sugars, gluten and dairy free, totally awesome almond loaf. Low in saturated fats and provides some protein, healthy fats and fibre.

I've noticed a lot of posts from people trying to increase their kcal intake (like me) and trying to keep it "clean". This is a great option and a nice change from just munching on handfuls of almonds etc.
