Hey all!

Quick question, I currently have some loose skin and I am sure will have more by the end of this transformation. My concern now and always has been is how do I get rid of my excess skin.... Surgery well isnt really an option due to the cost... is there anything else that will help or do I have to start saving :(

start saving if it is real bad, but don't let that put you off your transofrmation. sounds like you have lost a bit of weight so far so keep at it!

Hey Lam, not sure how much you have but mine tightened a fair bit when my weight settled
I have a picture of my abdomen skin hanging like a curtain 10kgs ago... unfortunately, my breast tissue never rebounded being so delicate.
A girlfriend of mine was worse, while she never had excess skin like the Biggest Losers, her skin really sagged on her arms and abdomen, hers also retracted a fair bit.
There is hope that your genetics might just kick in yet...

i had some slack skin around my thighs when i first started. persevered and its mostly all retracted and is not noticeable. truthfully, if i wind up with excess skin, i'll be calling a surgeon.
