Time I got on the bus, gunna have a crack at this.
Trained hard for nearly 12 weeks last year, was making good progress lost a bit of weight and built some muscle. Then worked away from home for a month leading up to Xmas, then the Xmas snowballed me back to square one.
Started this year focused, cut out alcohol altogether ( again) and no smoking since nye.
Just gotta work out how to get pics up as I use my phone for this.
Do I need to actually register for this or is this topic the registration?
