Protein Banana Smoothy and Berry Smoothy

Had this for break fast this morning:

Banana Protein Smoothy:
200ml full cream milk
1 Banana
40 gram BN Vanilla Protein Powder
Table spoon of natural Honey
6 Ice cubes

Chuck in blender blend till smooth and enjoy!!

I think I will be having this as a regular mixed in with my other favourite:

Berry Protein Smoothy:
200ml full cream milk
a hand full of frozen mixed berries (can be fresh if you have them)
40 gram BN Vanilla Protein Powder
Table spoon of natural Honey
6 Ice cubes

Have you guys tried adding a dollop of natural yoghurt and also a tablespoon of oatmeal into that as well? Tastes extra creamy!
 
I love smoothies...could live on the things....nothing better than a crazy big ses saturday morning and then coming home and making some protein pancakes and a fruit smoothie...
