Good luck Scott.

Another one with bonds undies.
I must throw my CK's away and buy some bonds...LOL

You left handed? You look to have more internal rotation in the left shoulder too. How fat are you willing to go? I am going the opposite down about 10kg to 105 but at 12-13%.

Ill be staying under 13-14%, any more weight wont really help me as a raw lifter at this stage.

Im right handed.........

Outstanding QLD Horse of the Year has taken all before him in the lead up to this contest, and with the best stable in the north. Has been set for this but the question remains - have they gone too early in his preparation? May have peaked already.

Outside chance only here.

Man I'm gonna be watching this one, your freaky strong Sticky, its awesome watching vids of your squats. Can't wait to see what numbers you smash with extra kgs of muscle.

Good luck
Graeme

Thanks mate.
I'm hoping for a 250kg squat, 160kg paused bench, 290kg+ deadlift by November at 99.999kg.

Hey Scott is that first photo how you normally stand or did you rotate your arms on purpose?
