Stretching

Hi
Whats a stretching regime that I could adopt daily?

Lately I have been feeling very stiff, specially my legs, they feel a bit uncomfortable when I sit and I bend them.

Also I'm not very flexible, I can't touch my toes when I'm standing and bend and I want to improve that.

If anyone has any suggestion, I tried searching for a topic but was wondering if theres any suggestion.

defranco's stuff is good...
also just run through your regular stretches everyday. things like hammy and quad stretches are pretty simple enough to do quite a few times per day.

and get a foam roller.
