5 novices. Some with less than 4 months lifting.
Pleases with the guys results as most have put on over 100kg on their totals after 4 months.

Thanks to everybody who turned up to help out and spectate. Small amount of lifters increase the intamacy feel of it all. Its always fun watching new gyus get into the lifting and see the joy and hunger in their eyes after such an event.

My judging was questionable but i wasnt being too strict on some of the calls as this was a friendly unofficial club comp.
