Sweet Potato Protein Pizza

I've made this a few times already and really like it.
Being Italian, that has to count for something, right? ie must be a harsh pizza critic etc etc ...

Good serve of quality protein, only good carbs, low in fat and really high in fibre.

I've attached a pic and macros for you here (but also included with the recipe). The macros are for the pizza base ... the toppings in the post are just what I like. Factor in macros for whatever toppings get you salivating over pizza.

It's a decent alternative when you are trying to avoid the real deal if cutting etc. Hope you like it ... :)

what a great idea!

I take it you could use regular flour in place of the coconut & quinoa if you wish but obviously the macros would change.

yep, plus you'd be putting glue into your system LOL
actually, you could use oat, rice, wholewheat, spelt, whatever ....:)
