What's eating energy fields?

And, isn't breakfast basically your first meal of the day, I'd guess this would cover 99.9% of the population who eat at least once per day.

I ate some "Energy Fields" today and feel fucking fantastic.

Eat 6 meals a day, all with no more than 30g of protein every 3 hours
Do 2000 sit-ups a day and 10x30x5kg front and side delt raises, curls also
 
Slam a gerbil in your rectum, grab a hoola hoop, shake dat thang for 4 minutes x 4 sets, wipe the sweat from your brow, repeat each day.

Yeah very weird for him not to jump in when gerbils have been introduced to the discussion.

He needs not be on the forum as much anymore when you're able to reach around and type at the same time.

Not so fast...the jury is still out on this one with not a lot of concensus on if eating numerous small meals 6 (plus of minus one) a day or 3 meals increases a persons metabolic rate. I'll find the research latter.

Think of cause and effect more like a web than chains.
