Whats the deal with a casual visit? We just rock up and do what we normally would if we were training else where?

Pretty much. Its mainly if you want to come in and train there every now and again. Either to use the strongman gear, or get a good session in with a good bar/bands/chains/bumpers, or come in with a group, etc. Ii'll hopefully have a full equipment list and photos up by the weekend.

I should add if you want coaching then that's a different cost but you're then welcome to keep on training there without paying the casual visit fee.

What about the direct debit? Do you have to sign up for a certain amount of time?
