Banana milk shake recipe

Hi All,
thought of sharing my favorite banana milk shake recipe with you guys. Feel free to comment on it.
Bananas 3,
Protein powder 1 scoop,
Milk 2 cups,
Nutmeg 1 tsp,
Honey 2 tsp,
Lecithin 1 tsp,
Ice cubes 5,
Ice cream(optional) 2 scoops,
Mix all well in a blender and enjoy the shake.

LOL. I don't even know what Lecithin is but I reguarly use the rest of the ingredients. Looks like a good gainer type shake to me at those quantities.

Helps with mixing so nothing 'clumps' etc ;) When a protein says 'instantised' like what ON 'promotes' it is simply from the soy lecithin that is sprayed over the product.
