In this fast paced world that we live in , long hours at work , long hours in the gym , by the time you get home you really can't be fucked cooking shit up , you want something quick and easy

So what are the quickest meals you throw together?

Eggs and toast, oats and whey, cans of tuna or chicken and a tub of 40second brown rice with BBQ sauce

Bitta Chicken on the barbe, don't take long to cook!

Rice, cook a big batch and leave ti in the fridge, heat up over the next few days, add some spices or flavorings when you get bored with it. Powdered Oats is a good one, bulk a shitload of oats in bulk and chuck it in a shake with a bit of Whey = Perfect Meal when your on the go etc.

I get 2-3 protein pancakes outta the fridge from the batch I cooked on the weekend and heat, boil 3 eggs and cook up some bacon pieces, put that on top of the pancakes and go for it.

Chase with a protein shake and you're done for hours and hours.

for actual meals, steamed veggies in microwave and then chuck em in the pan with some scrambled eggs. Add some seasoning and done. 10mins max.

Or proats or protein sludge takes less than 5mins also.

what spices/flavour do you add too your rice. Ive had tumeric + chicken stock and its bland after eating it everyday for a year.

LMD just experiment dude, curry powder, oriental powder, morocan seasoning, have a look in the spices section at the shop pick a few things that sound good and give them a shot. Just watch out for the salt content though.

Chicken stock tastes like shit lol
