WHAT: PTC SYDNEY PUSH/PULL COMP #1
WHEN: Sunday the 18th September 2011
Weigh in: 10am till 11am. Lifting starts at 11:30am Sharp!!
WHERE: PTC Sydney - Unit 2/41-43 Day St, Silverwater 2128
COST: $35 entry fee, spectators free.

NOTE - The prize money will be donated to help a top powerlifter gawain johnstone on his way to the world powerlifting championships in latvia. Please get behind him as apart from being strong also a very loyal guy who gives alot back to the sport with sponsorship and providing cheap supplements.

Gear
Soft suits are not needed but optional.
Wrist Wraps and Belts are allowed. This is a raw event.


Prizes
Top 2 male and 1 female receive prizes with a special prize going to a person I deem who pushed/pulled their heart out.

mens - 2nd - tub of Total science and trophy
Womens - Tub of Total science and trophy
Ceffo mystery winner for putting in Max effort for giving it a go gets Ptc Sydney shirt and medal
