Im wondering if i should take protein on the days i dont train. For example this week i missed 3 days straight training because of work and other commitments. Should i stop taking the protein those days or should i still take my daily doses?

I am thinking that taking the portein is a waste on the days i dont train.

Take more protein on days off!! Or the same.... Seriously though, protein on days off is just as important, cause as they say, you dont build muscle while you're at the gym

yup i agree, more protein is required on rest days as the body is trying to heal and repair the damage you have done from your weight training, keeping protein intake up is vital.
