Dukkah dip

First, make or buy some Dukkah:
Dukkah recipe : SBS Food

I like to put it in one bowl, then some oil in another bowl (egg cups work best)
For dipping, you want an oil low in saturated fats and polyunsaturates, high in monounsaturates. Extra virgin olive oil is good, so is avocado oil, almond oil, macadamia nut oil (god-tier)

I then slice some bread up into fingers, dip in oil then dip in the dukkah and eat. This shits good as a seasoning also. You can also mix it in olive spread and put on your toast
 
Nothing wrong with bread if you're trying to gain weight
Just have it post-training if you're worried about insulin spikes or go wholegrain
