Hey guys and gals,
I picked up the muscle and fitness magazine on monday and read about the 12 week rock hard challenge and I was wondering if it would be worth it for me. If you haven't read my introduction here is a quick summary, 189cm and weigh 65kg and have an ectomorph build. I have been considering doing it but would it help with me putting on muscle mass. Would I need to take more calories than recommended in their daily meals. If you haven't seen or heard of this, I think it would be on there website if you looked. Any advice/opinions would be appreciated because if I was to start it, I would start it monday.
I will also post pics of my current lack of physique as well
