hey guys.....am i over doing my training...i dont feel burnt out...but will it eventually get to me ?
Day 1
20 Push Ups + 20 Sit Ups x 5
BW Bench 5 x 5
Incline DBell Press + 20 Leg Raises x 4
20 Dips + 20 sit Ups x 5
Tricep Kickback + 5 Ab Roll Out
Day 2
Shouder Press Heavy sets of 7-7-5-5-3
7 Sets of Reps of 21 - 18 - 15 - 12 - 9 - 6 - 3 of Kbell Clean and Press + Burpees
7 Sets of Reps of 21 - 18 - 15 - 12 - 9 - 6 - 3 of Kbell Swing + Sit Ups
Day 3
10 Pull Ups + 20 Sit ups x 10
Heavy Deadlift 5 x 5
10 Chin Ups + Dbell Rows x 10
7 Sets of Reps of 21 - 18 - 15 - 12 - 9 - 6 - 3 of Dbell Bicep Curl + Sit Ups
Currently not doin squats or lunges as I am recovering surgery on my calfs.
These is my afternoon workouts. I either swim 1km or do cycle for 40-60mins.
My rehab consists of BW squats and light squats, leg press etc...slowly building my strength again.
