The Basic Smoothie

1 Banana (important for texture)
1 container/8oz of low-fat yogurt (any flavor)
Small Handful of each, or any other fruits:
Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries
(Mango, peaches, pineapples, etc)
Ice cubes
Fruit Juice (apple, orange, any)
1 scoop protein (whey or soy)

Do it all to your taste and liking:
Remember 1 banana, yogurt, and fruit
Avoid high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners in the juice and yogurt.
