Choc/Berry Protein Brownies

Ingredients
8 egg whites
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups oats
4 scoops whey protein
2 tpns vanilla extract
30g baking cocoa
stevia concentrate (about 2 tspns)
200g mixed berries

Directions

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl.

Mix with electric mixer.

Pour into greased baking pan (or baking paper) and cover with alfoil.

Put in oven at around 150c. Reduce temp if the centre isn't cooking through.


Cut into 15 nutrition stats are
118 cals
8g carbs
2g fat
15g protein
 
Would it matter much if i added Vanilla instead of chocolate whey?! I Dont have any choc anymore! Looks amazing anyway. Good post (Y)
