Letting everyone know that the 80kg Kettlebell from Ironedge has arrived, and the first one in a gym in Oz is at PTC.

Ironedge have one in the showroom, I have the other. For those of you looking to buy one, pick up from Bayswater is easiest. I think they bought in 20.

I managed to pick it up and chuck it in the hatch of a little Peugot on my own.

I did a few UDL's with it, the handle is thicker and narrower, its difficult to get 2 hands side by side grabbing it, although I had no issues.

I'm putting the clients and footballers through there paces with it tonight, I'll take some vids

Let the fun begin

All the footballers were able to do sets of 10 comfortably.

A couple of other clients also did 10's

Max did cannonballs with it, just to be different

Alen, Nina, Daryl and Max all did a few sets of 10 with the 80kg KB UDL's last night, here is a vid of Max

I'll have to hit up Rick for the 100kg one as you can see the 80kg is still too light to test the boys.

Rick had fears we would have grip issues with this one, but Nina managed 3 x 10 with 80kg @ 59kg bw

Might have to get him to adjust the hand size a bit.
When I went in on Friday I had a play with the 80kg in the showroom.

Thing just looks intimidating :p

David, just say your from PTC, you'll get it for $200ish.

The handle is a non issue, nobody had any dramas gripping it, no matter how big there hands. I have 5-6 footballers over 200cm tall doing it easily.
