80kg class - $1000 - Kelly Chan

95kg class - $1000 - Matt Middleton

110kg class - $1000 - Nathan Jones

110kg + class - $1000 - Gawain Johnstone

65kg class women - Sussy Kollen

65kg+ class women - Dimi Stathopoulos

Simply superb lifting from these guys. I will post up totals etc later. I have a stack of vids to put on our youtube channel

We had a professional film the show. He is going to give EVERY lifter a copy of the entire event, every lift.

He will also have some available for sale. I think he said he'll have them ready in 3-4 weeks

The highlight for me was the judging. I made it quite clear we wouldnt have shitty squats passed, bum off bench benching etc

Laurie and the crew from Albury got every lift right. There was not one call that I could say was wrong.

Nick and Spiros, along with Alen and a few others were awesome with the spotting and loading

I'm going to rest now, more later.

Biggest squat was Gawain - 300kg

Biggest bench was 200kg by Gawain

Biggest dead was 305kg by Nathan Jones

Gawain 780kg total

Nathan 735kg total

Matt 720kg total

Kelly 540kg total

None of these guys maxed out. Gawain only took one squat, 300kg, Nathan only took one as well, 240kg.

All these guys lifted to win, which they did.

Sussy totaled 247.5kg @ 62

Dimi totaled 365kg @ 94kg

Thanks to the guys who setup the live streaming and daryl for letting us know who was lifting what. It looked and sounded like everyone was having a blast.

haha Markos, it was bloody load on the live stream too haha.

Loved it, wish I could have been there.

Was sweet and thanks Daryl for keeping the live feed amusing haha but Markos we did ask for a wave but never got one! Hahaha

In and out of KFC.

I got heaps of requests for cheerios, I did as many as I could.

Sorry, Gawain DID bench 200kg. I'll edit the first post.

Gawain went 300/200/280 - 780kg.

He only took one squat attempt and tried a 320kg dead that he pulled easily but the bar slipped out of his hands.

When you guys see his 300kg squat opener, your going to be shocked at the ease of which he does it.

Hopefully at the next comp the 4 winners will have some competition as they didnt extend themselves at all.

There were so many awesome lifters yesterday day, a big thanks to everyone who helped make this happen, and to the many many lifters who gave me a few tips on the day. I'm glad I entered and can't wait to do better at the next one.

We had a professional film the show. He is going to give EVERY lifter a copy of the entire event, every lift.

He will also have some available for sale. I think he said he'll have them ready in 3-4 weeks

That's a great idea.

Im pretty sure i benched 200 ....lmao

Yeah you did, awesome lifting. You should have seen the look on my GF's face when you pulled 280 like it was an empty bar.

320 felt the same......im just retarded :S...... its one of my bad habits
Hopefully you do another ProRaw after worlds Markos.....id like to go full bore in one of these events

Worlds is November yeah? I think the latest it will be is early october as it then becomes too close to the next australia day one.

Well done to all the competitors and organizers. I had a great time, being the first comp I've seen I didn't realise how long a comp does for. Lots of inspiration.

Markos can you post up the winners body weight?
