Went to a wedding friday afternoon in Docklands... Saturday morning... iPhone msising. It's a work one. No insurance. It seems I'm buying a new one.

Anyone wanna sell a 3GS?

That sucks. This won't help but heres a little story.

We had to go into the bush for a school HPE practical test (orienteering(bad sport) lol), and some kid decided to take his iphone with him during it, when he got back he went crazy that he lost his iphone. He never found it, so much bush theres no hope.

I may have my 3GS up for sale very soon, I got out of my contract today, and will be signing up for an iphone 4 this week, my white 16GB 3GS will be up for sale if you want it.

Edit: It's SIM locked to Vodafone too I assume, not sure what price I'm gonna want for it, I just shelled out $200 on a new OEM battery/back cover and speaker replacement.

There's an app called "find my iphone", which I think only works on Iphone 4's.

It allows you to lock the phone remotely, make the phone play a loud sound even if turned to silent, send a message to the phone screen, and most importantly, brings up a map showing the exact phone location.

I tried it on mine, works awesome, and amazingly, it's free.

Thanks for the heads up Morgan - but I bought one already. If it's in good nick I'd list it at a starting bid of $480 or so - there are plenty selling for around $450 - it'd be sure to move.
