No its not Adam, but a non member can not win anything or set any records, plus you still have to wear a lifting suit.

So I guess that date works for the Bodyworld boys Gawain?

And the Nats were in August.

The Nats are in June this year.

To accommodate the equipped lifters that dont want to qualify for Nats so early, I am looking at holding a Nats qualifier after the States.

I will only do this if there is a demand Rhys

Are you Rhys Vermish?

Due to insurance, non members incur a $20 surcharge for CAPO comps.

So entry for members is $50 and non members is $70

This surcharge has come direct from the Prez

Non members cant set National records either

Due to there being no CAPO presence in Tasmania, Tasmanians can lift at the Vics.

I should really rename it to Vic/Tas State titles

Wayne Howlett will be competing at the Vic/Tas CAPO state titles.

Wayne was a former PA lifter with some impressive numbers...300/225/290 - 815@98kg

He is a big dude now, around 120kg or so

Im calling it now.....

NPR is pulling out to load for 7 hours.....

You heard it here first! :D:D:D
